Set oil return bay in each group of evaporator, oil return bay in main circuit and oil storage tank in compressor host; 4, the system adopts PLC control, optimize the dual machine process control, automatic alternating operation, 5, the refrigeration host adopts pressure control; Indoor air cooler is controlled by temperature and solenoid valve, 6, indoor air cooler synchronous defrosting operation design, defrosting interval 2h ~ 3h reset another 7, enhance insulation, ensure the library temperature, reduce the frequent operation of the compressor, (the original system is old, insulation performance is poor) 8, adjust the expansion valve opening, to meet the minimum load cold storage running compressor frost, 9. Reserve enough inclination for condensate drain pipe to drain pipe from low temperature warehouse to high temperature warehouse (heating belt) (the original design is to distribute pipes from high temperature warehouse to low temperature warehouse, resulting in ice blocking of pipes and serious frosting of air cooler), 10, the compressor stop pressure is controlled by micro positive pressure, or vacuum negative pressure operation (to ensure that the system stops, oil return) 11, finally pay attention to construction, construction progress standard (It is not recommended to use one machine to run several libraries, which is not energy-saving, and requires high reliability of the compressor and frequent operation of the compressor) |
