2. Cooling of the fuselage
The cooling function of the fuselage is to increase the heat dissipation of the barrel, so as to overcome the temperature rise caused by friction overheating, because this temperature rise can not be stopped in the process of plastic extrusion, even after cutting off the heating power supply, so that the reasonable temperature can not be maintained for a long time, must increase the heat dissipation, and make the barrel cool down, in order to maintain the heat balance in the extrusion process. The cooling of the fuselage is carried out in sections, mainly by fan cooling. Considering the different functions of each section of the fuselage, special attention is paid to the use of cooling in the homogenizing section.
