I. Water Cooling/evaporative cooling integrated Screw Chiller
Product Description: Integrated screw water-cooled cryogenic refrigeration unit is a machine room system that organically combines the configuration of screw water-cooled cryogenic refrigeration unit, freezing water pump, cooling water pump, water side pipeline, valve, water system accessories, water treatment device, sound insulation device and control system in a modular frame, which can replace the conventional machine room and can be placed outdoors as a whole.

1. Integrated water cooling chiller is a complete unit that integrates water cooling chiller, cooling pump, air conditioning pump, cooling tower/evaporative cooling, control system, water pipe and water pipe accessories, etc.

1. Evaporative cooler is a new type of cooling equipment which organically combines sprinkler type row cooler and circulating cooling tower, integrating the advantages of both. For refrigeration systems using evaporative condensers, the condensing temperature can be designed to be lower than that of air - and water-cooled condensers. Compared with the traditional water-cooled chiller, the COP of evaporative condenser is increased by more than 10%. Compared with air cooled condenser, COP can be increased by more than 30%.
2, cooling water flow is small, cooling system energy consumption is low, save water resources
Evaporative condenser uses the latent heat of vaporization of water, which is completely different from that of air-cooled condenser and water-cooled condenser using sensible heat to absorb the heat of refrigerant. It can make full use of the latent heat of evaporation of water better than water-cooled condenser. The energy consumption of evaporative condenser fan is similar to that of water-cooled cooling tower fan, only 1/3 of that of air-cooled condenser. Generally, every 1kg of cooling water in water-cooled condenser can take away 21 ~ 25KJ of heat, and 1kg of water can take away about 2256kJ of heat by evaporation under atmospheric pressure, so the theoretical water circulation capacity of evaporative condenser is only 1% of that of general water-cooled condenser. Due to the reduction of the pump pressure and flow, the energy consumption of cooling water spray pump is about 1/10 ~ 1/4 of the cooling tower system cooling water pump energy consumption, so that the operation cost is greatly reduced.
